Hosepipe Usage at POG

While POG doesn't officially have a hosepipe ban, under the Portsmouth Water area, we recognise that nationally the UK does have water shortages. We therefore feel that POG can 'do its bit' by not using hosepipes for washing your boat down at this time. It is understood that if you were to have a spillage and needed to wash that section down you could need to use the hosepipe (but consider if a bucket and sponge might also suffice) but would ask all our members to respect the current national picture until the situation eases.

Use of hoses on the drying grid remains unchanged.
